Wireless and Mobile Cellular Communications Training Workshop

This is the first of three Wireless and Mobile Cellular Communications Training Workshop Part I course in a series on mobile wireless cellular communications. This Mobile Wireless and Cellular Communications course introduces the topic and concepts of mobile cellular communications, beginning with the fundamentals of wireless communications concepts. It concludes with a functional overview of the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI) second generation (2G) standards: Global System for Mobile (GSM) communications, and an introduction to Short Message Service (SMS).

Today’s mobile cellular networks are complex. This Wireless and Mobile Cellular Communications Training course gives the student the opportunity to learn the concepts of this topic, prior to introducing advanced concepts. This Mobile Wireless and Cellular Communications Training Workshop course is also recommended for military and organizations responsible for national security since 2G services continue to operate in many nation-states around the world.
